Youthtrition focuses on different aspects in everyone’s lives that need to work for them to stay healthy. It is not just about the food we eat and the exercise we do, but also how we treat ourselves mentally, behaviorally, and adjusting to the different stages of our lives.

Night at The Y

Sign up for our sessions for a Night at The Y on Friday, April 4, 2025 from 6-8pm.

Session 1: Basketball, obstacle course, and more from 6-7pm.

Session 2: Plus, swimming to follow from 7-8pm (optional)

Must be present for session 1 to join session 2!
